Operations Support Laborer

Position Overview:
This role provides essential hands-on assistance to ensure smooth daily operations at an industrial site. The individual will perform a wide range of physical tasks that support equipment and facility readiness, including washing and servicing mobile machinery, maintaining orderly work areas around processing systems, and completing miscellaneous labor tasks as needed. Familiarity with operating large machinery is helpful, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

Work Schedule & Environment:
Candidates must be open to working rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and company-recognized holidays. The position requires outdoor labor in harsh or unfavorable weather conditions and takes place in a rugged, heavy-industry setting with conditions similar to large-scale manufacturing or metal production facilities.

Requirements:

• Ability to meet the physical demands of an active, labor-intensive role
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented mindset

Ability to lift 50 pounds 

Ability to work a minimum 40-hour workweek, shifts included

Ability to wear all required PPE and follow safety instructions

Ability to maintain your work schedule and work all shifts or days of the week, weekends and holidays
