Role  
Amanyangyun is seeking a Fitness Instructor to join our team in Shanghai, China.  You will deliver fitness instructions within the Amanyangyun Spa & Wellness center, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. Develop training routines, enforce safety rules, and provide nutritional advice while creating training plans to enhance guest fitness and wellness goals.
 
Responsibilities 

• Responsible for all fitness exercise sessions, personal training sessions, group training experiences, and in-service education sessions. 

• Scientifically develop physical fitness and nutrition training plans for guests.

• Be responsible for training, instructing work, and guest service, and lead daily morning exercise classes for in-house guests.

• Guide guests on proper exercise methods, maintain guests’ fitness records, and ensure absolute guest safety.

• Maintain smooth operation of all equipment through periodic service checks, reporting work orders promptly. 

• Promote fitness-related products.
   

Requirements  

• At least 3 years of related work experience in a similar position at a luxury hotels/ gym center.

• Passionate about fitness sports and possess a certain amount of basic theoretical knowledge of fitness.

• Diligent, hardworking, and with a spirit of teamwork.

• Strong, effective communication skills with guests, good service awareness, and be upright, honest, and dedicated.

• Fluency in English communication with guests is a plus.

• Mandarin speaking is a must, and work authorization in China is required
