Job description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to executive leadership. This role requires professionalism, discretion, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner, helping leaders operate efficiently and stay focused on strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide direct administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Manage and prioritize executive schedules, appointments, and deadlines
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and expense reimbursements
- Prepare, review, and submit expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and correspondence professionally
- Draft, proofread, and format emails, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and confidential information
- Support special projects and assist other departments as requested
- Exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident working with executive leadership. You bring a service mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with discretion.
Qualifications include:
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) from a college or technical school or
- Four years of related experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive problem-solver and ability to adapt quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
