Job description
Greet Guests warmly and seat them when needed
- Present menus and answer basic question
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Check in with guests during the meal,
- Handle guest concerns or requests promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to the correct tables
- Ensure orders are served correctly and on time
- Refill drinks and bring additional items as needed
- Clear plates and reset tables between guests
- Relay orders to kitchen staff clearly
- Coordinate timing with the bar and kitchen
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes
- Work with teammates to maintain smooth service
- Present checks and process payments
- Handle cash, cards, and tips accurately
- Follow procedures for opening and closing checks
