Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation

The Manager, Strategy and Transformation will drive the performance of transformational and strategic initiatives supporting Seaspan Victoria Shipyards' (VSL's) strategic goals. This role will report directly to VSL's Vice President and General Manager (VP & GM) and will be a member of Victoria Shipyards' Senior Leadership Team. The Manager, Strategy and Transformation will lead and manage VSL's transformational and strategic initiatives, adopting best practices in change management, technology implementations, and communications. Specifically, there will be a focus on workforce development, facility development/enhancement, business growth, and production efficiency initiatives. The ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and lead through influence will be at the core of this role to help achieve VSL's strategic goals.
