Junior Pricing Specialist - Power Business Unit

We are currently seeking a Junior Pricing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy! The Junior Pricing Specialist will work within the Pricing / SPR (Special Pricing Request) domain, supporting in‑process SPR analysis, senior approvers and Sales teams. The role is structured as a developmental position, evolving into a fully autonomous Tactical Pricing Specialist, with the ability to independently approve segmented SPRs. The position is designed around a competitive bids approach, with a structured learning and rotation path. The incumbent will rotate across core teams like Offering, Customer Experience / Pricing Governance and Finance (commercial finance), gaining end‑to‑end exposure to pricing decisions, governance and customer value dynamics.
