Your role at a glance

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and execute the Strategic Procurement for construction services supporting our EMEA data centre development programme.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Procurement for data centre construction projects, with experience in services procurement (Architect and Engineering Design services, General Contractor and third party services such as Project Management, Cost Management, Scheduling etc).

What we are looking for

  • Strong background in Procurement for data centre construction projects
  • Advanced experience in services procurement, including Architect and Engineering Design services, General Contractors, and third‑party services such as Project Management and Cost Management
  • Advanced experience conducting cost‑benefit analysis and evaluating vendors based on price, quality, and availability
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Broad expertise and knowledge of relevant quality standards related to products and services
  • Experience using procurement modules for managing purchase orders, supplier information, and contract management
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong documentation and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to operate calmly and effectively in a high‑pressure environment
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; relevant certifications (e.g. CSCP, CPIM) are a plus

What you will do

  • Lead and execute end-to-end Procurement activities for data centre construction projects, including supplier selection, RFP/RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management
  • Lead and execute Procurement strategies that align with project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Design engineering, Construction Execution and legal, to ensure procurement requirements are clearly defined and met
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure delivery performance, cost competitiveness, and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
