MTO Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Support website management and content updates
• Assist in Salesforce/Pardot activities, including customer feedback, surveys, and marketing campaigns
• Support branding initiatives, including event planning and coordination
• Assist in merchandising management, including design and execution
• Support shop branding activities (planning, design, and execution)
• Coordinate Sika at Work marketing initiatives
• Assist in event management activities from planning to execution
• Support videography and photography for marketing content
• Assist in designing marketing collateral (brochures, leaflets, packaging)

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience/internship preferred
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and MS Office/Google Workspace
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team setting
