Finance Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the provision of high-quality accounting support, including the timely and accurate recording of Journal entries, general ledger and daily bank reconciliations and assisting in Financial Management.

• Managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Portfolio
• Managing a team of four members
• Facilitating Banking Portfolio and SAP upgrade testing for FICO
• Responsible for Hedge and FEC contract administration
• Managing E-com / Online Fraud
• Managing Staff Expenses
• Managing MIRO Process and backup when required
• Managing Stock Register and Stock in Transit
• Organising Overseas payments
• Preparing Bank reconciliations
• Processing Journal Entries when required
• Leading General Ledger Reconciliations
• Assisting in month end financial reporting. (MRP, CRP)
• Performing any special reports or projects as required.
• Assisting with Auditor and Bank Queries when required
• Providing guidance and support to team members and direct reports

That’s enough about us! Here’s what we hope to see from you:

• Strong, hands-on experience in complex accounting environments
• The ability to effectively maintain financial accounting records and Ecommerce banking, manage treasury and payments, and resolve complex finance issues.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Extensive proficiency and working knowledge of SAP
• Backend experience with Concur systems
• Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of the team in a busy environment
• Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship within the department team members
• Extensive leadership experience with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams
