Reporting to: COO
Location: Farringdon — 5 days per week, on-site in our London office
Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
About the role
The Executive Assistant is a pivotal role at Causaly, supporting our COO and CEO and ensuring they stay organised, focused, and able to operate at their best. You'll manage a complex, fast-moving schedule and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership without being asked, and brings exceptional care and judgement to managing an executive's diary and priorities. No two days will look the same, and that's exactly how you like it.
What you'll be doing
Executive support
- Own the diary of the COO and CEO — managing a complex, fast-moving schedule, resolving conflicts proactively, and ensuring their time is protected and well-spent
- Coordinate travel and logistics for supported executives as needed
- Act as a professional and warm first point of contact for external stakeholders reaching out to the COO and CEO
What we're looking for
- Solid experience in an EA, PA, or equivalent hybrid role — ideally within a tech or scale-up environment
- Exceptional calendar management skills, with a track record of supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
- Highly organised, with a natural ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
- A warm, polished, and professional manner — you're a trusted presence internally and externally
- Strong discretion and good judgement when handling confidential or sensitive information
- A proactive, self-sufficient working style — you spot what needs doing and get on with it
- Fully comfortable in a five-day, on-site role — this is a hands-on position and presence matters
Nice to have
A track record of supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
