Responsibilities:

• Support in the creation of planning programs.
• Support in the design and fabrication of workstations.
• Mark the manufacturing floor according to company standards.
• Generate documentation for the disposal of obsolete equipment to release the production floor.
• Update process documents and work instructions.
• Identify opportunities for waste and high costs to implement Kaizen.
• Fulfill assigned responsibilities and functions in accordance with organizational changes and/or current company needs.
• Comply with Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Energy Management requirements, and report any situation that may have an impact.
• Participate in Near Miss and Kaizen programs.
• Complete the training program assigned to the role. 11. Maintain ethical and professional conduct in all activities performed as part of your work.
• Comply with the Internal Work Regulations and plant policies.
• Meet customer requirements to ensure a 100% quality product.
• Fulfill the responsibilities and functions assigned in accordance with organizational changes and/or current company needs.

Requirements:

• Professional degree (IIA, ISPI) or minimum technical degree.
• 40% fluency in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Creativity and initiative.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments.
• Proficiency in using a stopwatch for time and motion studies.
• Ability to interpret layouts.
• Ability to interpret engravings.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience in the automotive sector
