As a reconciliation Analyst, your mission will be the guardian of EBANX’s costs. Its main activities are effective reconciliation, controlling, solving issues with partners, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, dexterity to work with a large amount of data and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for (including, but not limited to):

  • Reconcile receivable accounts and identify discrepancies;
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues;
  • Communicate with EBANX partners processors to resolve reconciliation issues;
  • Analyze and report on receivable trends and variances;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes;
  • Implement new flows in our Reconciliation System;
  • Develop new ways of working according to the new operations, suppliers and systems;
  • Analyze costs trends and generate insights for efficiency (costs and revenue).


Main requirements for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field;
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel and/or Google Sheets);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Knowledge of EBANX partners processors and payment systems is a plus;
  • Knowledge of acquirers is a plus;
  • Spanish and/or English Skills.
