Job description

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About This Role

Crusoe’s Procurement and Supply Chain team is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and intellectually curious Procurement Operations Analyst to support the Data Center Deployments & Operations team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of sourcing, supplier management, systems, and data - transforming procurement activity into structured insights that drive cost efficiency, supply chain efficiency, and supplier relationships. We are looking for a motivated professional with a background in business analysis, procurement, supply chain, or consulting. This is a full-time position with flexibility to be based in San Francisco (CA), Sunnyvale (CA), or Seattle (WA).

What You'll Be Working On

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Be the bridge between critical cross-functional partners to help accelerate initiatives across Site Readiness, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sustainability teams
  • Process Optimization: Partner with the Engineering, Construction, and Operations team to establish and implement an end-to-end iterative playbook for DC Deployments & Operations
  • Market Insights: Support with providing market and supplier insights that support sourcing strategy and mitigate supply chain risk
  • Asset Tagging: Build up a mechanism to tag all data assets inside the data center for the DC Deployments & Operations team
  • Strategic Reporting: Partner with Finance to ensure accurate tracking of all spend vs budgets for data center deployments
  • Data Integrity & Governance: Oversee data accuracy for quotations and spend tracking
  • Ad-Hoc Agility: Support with rapid-turnaround analysis on fragmented or "dirty" datasets to support immediate business needs

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience: Approximately 1-3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a supply chain, procurement, or sourcing organization
  • Program Management: Experience leading projects or initiatives for a fast-moving industry, preferably in the data center industry
  • Communication: Proven ability to present data-heavy findings clearly to non-technical executive stakeholders
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Power BI/ Tableau, and also foundational knowledge in Python, R, or SQL
  • Proactiveness: A "self-starter" mentality - the ability to identify a problem and build the analytical framework to solve it independently

Bonus Points

  • Experience using AI and its application in automating workflow processes
  • Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain in the data center industry
  • Experience in program management with a strong technical background

Benefits

  • Opportunity for career growth in a high-impact organization and industry
  • Industry competitive pay
  • Restricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology company

  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Subscription to the Calm app
  • MetLife Legal
  • Company paid commuter benefit; $300 per month

Compensation

Compensation will be paid in the range of $98,600 - $116,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
