Join a thriving, high-performing Endodontic practice in Houston, Texas. We are seeking a skilled, motivated Endodontist to deliver exceptional care in a modern, technology-driven environment with a strong referral base and outstanding reputation.

Our practice operates across two locations - Houston and Lake Jackson - with all doctors rotating between both sites, offering variety in case mix and exposure to a broader patient base.

We welcome applicants from across the U.S. and Canada (Texas licensure, or eligibility, required) who are open to relocating to Houston.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

Established, Busy Practice: Strong referral relationships, high patient demand, and consistent case flow from day one.

Advanced Technology: CBCT, fully digital workflow, modern operatories built for efficiency and top-tier clinical outcomes, and the GentleWave® Ultracleaning procedure for enhanced treatment precision and patient experience.

Clinical Autonomy: Work alongside an experienced, supportive team while maintaining full control over your clinical decisions.

Growth & Ownership Opportunity: Clear, structured pathway to long-term partnership and ownership.

Relocation Support: Comprehensive assistance for those moving to Texas, including licensure guidance and onboarding support.

Why Houston:

Big City, No State Income Tax: Keep more of what you earn while enjoying one of the most affordable major metros in the U.S.

Booming Healthcare Hub: Home to the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical complex in the world, and a massive, well-connected referral network.

Diverse, Food-Obsessed Culture: Houston is consistently ranked among the best food cities in the country.

Outdoor + Urban Balance: Parks, trails, golf, and easy weekend access to the Gulf Coast, all alongside pro sports, concerts, and a strong arts scene.

Convenient Travel: Two major airports make domestic and international travel easy.

Strong, Growing Population: One of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S., meaning continued patient demand and long-term stability.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD and completion of an accredited Endodontics program Eligible for dental license in Texas TN or H1B sponsorship may be available
