Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an IT Enterprise Architect (m/f/diverse). The IT Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in providing transparency to our IT landscape and build the foundation for developing our IT landscape and data strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise architecture, project management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an enterprise architecture management process and tool to provide transparency to the IT landscape.
- Collaborate with competence centers and regions to gather comprehensive insights into the organization's IT environment.
- Lead the implementation of cross-functional applications, such as middleware, to enhance interoperability and efficiency.
- Provide support for the development and implementation of the organization's data strategy, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Establish key technologies and implement a process for evaluating new technologies to meet the organization's evolving needs.
- Represent the sector in cross-sector councils and forums, advocating for alignment with group sector policies and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with group sector policies and standards.
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Several years of experience in enterprise architecture, project management, or related field
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
- Experience with enterprise architecture management tools and processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion
- Knowledge of data management principles and practices
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT governance and compliance
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German language skills are an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans
