IT Service Delivery Support Specialist

AECOM seeks an IT Service Delivery Support Specialist to join our Corporate IT team. The IT Service Delivery Support Specialist will ensure our customers’ needs and expectations are properly understood. This role reports to the AMER Regional IT Service Delivery Manager. The role is expected to have the knowledge and experience to function as a ‘trusted’ partner to the AECOM business.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support all the PCs onsite in the two Colombia offices as well as remote support to LatAm.
• Take direction from the AMER IT Service Delivery Manager
• Provide day-to-day IT Service Delivery services for the Columbia, Bogota officeNew Hire PC Demand ManagementNew Hire Deployment and supportPC RefreshAsset Retrieval for leaversSoftware InstallsHardware Break Fix issuesAsset Returns/Disposals
• Ensure proper inventory management of assets within the office and update in ServiceNow
• Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of tickets.
• Report back on regional issues and challenges to the IT Service Delivery manager.
• Support ongoing and new IT projects.
• Ensure current ITSM processes are being followed.
• Partner with AECOM providers to support any L3 activities in the region.
• Track and optimize the Onboarding, Offboarding and PC Refresh processes.
• Document and communicate processes, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure knowledge articles, training and how-to documents are created.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the region. 

Minimum requirements:

• HS + 4 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
