MIND ROBOTICS

Mind Robotics is building the full-stack platform for AI-enabled industrial robotics -- the foundation models, purpose-built hardware, and deployment infrastructure to automate the manufacturing work that has resisted automation for decades. We were founded by RJ Scaringe and spun out of Rivian in 2025, with $615M+ raised from Eclipse, Accel, and Andreessen Horowitz. Our first robots go into Rivian's plant this year. The scale of what we're building from there is large.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Candidate Experience Partner to join our team and partner directly with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring teams to support our hiring experience.

As our first hire in this function, you will own the end-to-end logistics of the interviewing process. This includes managing everything from technical screens to complex, multi-stage executive loops. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they receive a "white-glove" experience that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence and detail.

Because you are the first person in this seat, you have a seat at the table in defining what "Candidate Experience" looks like at Mind Robotics. You aren't just an administrator; you are a critical partner in how we scale our culture and land the leadership talent that will define our future.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the Logistics: Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless flow for both the candidate and the hiring team.
  • Executive Partnership: Work closely with our Executive Operations team to facilitate high-touch interviews between senior leadership and executive-level candidates.
  • Candidate Advocacy: Provide a world-class experience by communicating clearly, managing expectations, and acting as a guide for candidates throughout their entire journey.
  • Operational Excellence: Help us build our recruiting foundation from the ground up—optimizing workflows in our ATS, improving templates, and streamlining the feedback process.
  • Onsite Hosting: Facilitate onsite experiences, ensuring all participants are prepared and technical transitions are flawless. This role is ONSITE five days a week.

BACKGROUND

  • The "White-Glove" Standard: You understand that executive recruiting requires a higher level of discretion, polish, and attention to detail.
  • Operational Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced tech environment where priorities shift quickly, and you can solve scheduling conflicts before they become problems.
  • Experience: 3+ years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment. Prior experience supporting executive-level recruiting is a significant plus.
  • Systems Fluency: Deep familiarity with modern ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and advanced Google Calendar management.
  • Ownership Mentality: As our first CEP, you aren't just following a playbook—you are helping us write it.
