Job description

We’re looking for a social-first Marketing Executive who knows how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our West Midlands designer outlet centre to life across digital—driving footfall, sales, and online buzz.

What you'll be doing:
You’ll own the day-to-day management of our social channels, website, and email—keeping content fresh, on-brand, and relevant. From planning scroll-stopping campaigns and briefing photo/video shoots, to jumping on trends and collaborating with retailers to promote new launches, offers, and events—you’ll help shape how we show up online. You’ll also track performance closely, using insights and data to refine content and continuously improve results.

For a detailed description of the responsibilities, see the job description

  • A strong understanding of social media and digital storytelling.
  • A creative eye for content, with the confidence to bring new ideas forward.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in retail and fashion (highly desirable).
  • Experience with content tools, CMS platforms, and editing software (e.g. Photoshop).
  • Competitive Salary & Bonus: Enjoy a competitive salary with a performance bonus of up to 20%.
  • Wellbeing Allowance: Claim towards yoga, gym equipment, or any activity that promotes your wellbeing.
  • Volunteering Days: Benefit from 2 paid volunteering days per year.
  • Exclusive Discounts: Access special discounts at our Designer Outlets.
  • Flexible Working: Hybrid working options where possible to accommodate your needs.
  • International Exposure: Work with colleagues across eight countries within a global organization.
  • Learning & Development: Access LinkedIn Learning from day one with over 16,000 courses available. Grow through internal moves, cross-country projects, international secondments, and a calendar of core development opportunities.
  • Values-Based Culture: Thrive in an inclusive and collaborative environment where we value excellence, innovation, and making a difference.
  • Positive Work Environment: Over 89% of our colleagues would recommend us as a great place to work, according to our latest internal engagement survey.
