What's The Role The B2B Account Manager is responsible for managing, growing and retaining a portfolio of assigned large and/or government accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships, satisfaction with solutions and the achievement of revenue targets through effective account planning and consultative selling of ICT Solutions. The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to deliver customer solutions, identify growth opportunities and support the execution of the organization's commercial strategy. It involves Face-to-face and remote engagements and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations. What You'll Do To develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Organization’s portfolio of ICT solutions. Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned portfolio of B2B customer accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent and professional engagement Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue, retention, and growth targets through consultative selling. Identify and pursue upselling, cross‑selling, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, operations, customer service, finance, and product teams) to ensure timely delivery of solutions Monitor account performance and proactively address issues, risks, or service gaps Prepare and present proposals, pricing, contracts, and business reviews as required Manage sales pipeline activities and maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM systems. Forecast sales performance and provide regular reporting to management. Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with commercial terms. Maintain strong market and competitor awareness to identify new opportunities for account growth. What You'll Need Knowledge & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role Experience in Large Enterprise & Government sales is highly desired. Proven experience managing customer relationships and meeting or exceeding sales or revenue targets Experience in consultative selling of ICT Solutions Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of enterprise business solutions and telecommunications products. Technical background or understanding of telecommunications technologies is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) and standard MS Office tools Solid understanding of sales processes, account planning, and pipeline management Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset Work Environment This position may require occasional travel to client sites and industry events.
