Our mission is to enhance operational health and efficiency through a centralized toolkit that streamlines representative setup and contact flow configuration. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to develop cutting-edge analytics and reporting tools using both Amazon-managed services like AWS Connect and custom-built solutions. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, agile environment focused on modernizing contact center operations with cloud technology, directly impacting the quality of service we provide to customers. We are seeking candidates with strong skills in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS to join our team. As a key contributor, you will design and develop dynamic dashboards and interactive reports, build and maintain enterprise-grade web applications, and lead solution design emphasizing performance, usability, and security. You’ll engage in the full software development lifecycle using these modern technologies while championing best practices in agile development, automated testing, and secure coding. Qualifications Required Skills: Experience in software engineering, including design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications with high-quality results Experience with cloud architecture and engineering, including Git version control, component library usage, and performance optimization Experience writing clear documentation, including tests and test cases Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot) to improve and accelerate results Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with good communication skills Demonstrates ability to create sustainable and resilient solutions that deliver results and drive product quality and innovation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrates initiative in learning new technologies and contributing to team knowledge through code reviews and collaboration sessions. Ability to work independently and apply initiative and problem-solving skills. Experience with customer-facing web applications is a positive. Preferred Background: Background in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with executive-level reporting, data visualization, and workflow automation. Experience with open-source contributions or technical community engagement. AWS certifications (e.g. Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Data Engineer, Developer) are preferred. Familiarity with the Amazon Connect Cloud Contact Center platform is a plus. Experience with AI/ML and Amazon Connect Contact Lens would be a significant advantage. Knowledge of data streaming, standardization, security, and governance principles.
