Conducts month-end inventory in accordance with company policy. Track and analyze inventory maintenance. Production Planning Take regular inventory counts, research variances, and develop variance reports. Review and track all purchase orders and expenses within plant operations. Maintain all records and verify invoices. Responsible for ordering inventory and non-inventory supplies. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the manufacturing function. Prepare reports, documentation, or other information as necessary or requested. Collaborate with support departments to ensure documentation is completed properly. Verify shipping/receiving documents and input in inventory system. Enters and tracks all manufacturing KPI and SCRAP in Oracle (inventory) system for month end reporting. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Relevant experience in an administrative role within manufacturing. Production planning/scheduling experience. Strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Experience and working knowledge of inventory procedures, inventory control and reconciliation. Ability to perform mathematic calculations. Knowledge of general accounting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Cloud applications and platforms, Oracle and SAP. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently to achieve goals with minimum supervision. Some minimal travel may be required based on business needs (events, meetings, training). Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends (depending on location).
