Location: Madrid, Spain | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Contract type: Full-time | Visa status: Valid working visa for Spain | Language requirements: Fluent/professional Spanish and English, written and verbal As our new Solution Sales Specialist Apps , you will drive the development of qualified business opportunities into tailored, high-value solutions by combining strong technical expertise with commercial insight. Working closely with sales teams and customers , you will focus on understanding business needs, shaping solution strategies, and presenting compelling proposals.You will have the opportunity through contract signature, ensuring a seamless transition to delivery while maintaining ongoing advisory support when needed. Key Responsibilities Support lead generation through thought leadership, including webinars, events, and content creation Collaborate with sales teams to analyze customer needs, objectives , and decision frameworks Design and propose tailored solutions, combining standard offerings with customized elements Lead customer engagements such as workshops and ideation sessions, including senior stakeholders Develop and present business cases, including ROM estimates, ROI, and value justification Structure, negotiate, and finalize commercial proposals, including pricing, milestones, and statements of work Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide continued support during transition or change initiatives What we need to see from you Broad expertise in Cloud Applications and solution architecture at Senior level, including designing complex and scalable solutions S olid commercial and financial acumen, including business case development, ROI modeling, and structuring/negotiating complex deals Deep expertise across Cloud Compute, Future Workplace, Software Lifecycle Management, and Data Protection & Security, including managed services models Solid technical background in full-stack technologies (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, NoSQL) and modern architecture practices Experience with Agile and delivery frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe , Design Thinking, CMMI) and understanding of DevSecOps concepts and implications Excellent communication and presentation skills, including stakeholder management and public speaking in large forums Proactive, strategic, and customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and work independently What we offer: Our company benefits vary based on your location, but always include: Global company culture: We defined our 6 core values through our company culture ( https://www.softwareone.com/en/our-story/our-values ) A mentor who supports your successful start and is at your side with advice and action President’s Club: Recognition awarded by leadership and your peers Lifelong education: A variety of training and development opportunities Hire to Grow: We optimize our internal structures and feedback culture constantly to be your Employer of Choice, today and in future Job Function Sales Accommodations SoftwareOne welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
