Job description
Heimstaden Group is looking for an Analyst to join the CEO Office in Copenhagen.
You will be part of a small, high-performing team that works closely with executive management on strategic, financial, and performance-related topics, serving as a trusted analytical partner across the organization, with a focus on the real estate portfolio and capital structure.
You will work hands-on with data and materials that support key financial and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with the Corporate Finance team on funding and investor-related topics, and with investment teams on valuation work and investment decisions. You will also contribute to improving financial models, data flows, and internal processes across the organization.
We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in financial modelling and corporate finance, as well as a solid understanding of investment banking concepts and key funding and interest rate principles.
The variation in your tasks and your interaction with executive management will provide a steep learning curve and strong development opportunities in a dynamic and international organization.
Key responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and present financial and macroeconomic data using Bloomberg, Macrobond, Oxford Economics, and internal data
Prepare materials for management and the board in connection with the quarterly close
Support and contribute to group valuation work, including analyses of the real estate portfolio and underlying assumptions
Maintain and improve overviews of the debt portfolio, ensuring accuracy and transparency
Collaborate closely with investment teams on valuation analyses and investment-related decision support
Work closely with the Corporate Finance team on funding and investor-related activities, including analytical support for bond issuances, asset-backed funding, and investor materials
Contribute to improving financial models, data flows, and internal processes, including supporting the quality and flow of the funding pipeline
Undertake a broad range of ad hoc analyses and projects across investments, valuations, funding, and strategic topics
Hold a Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
Have 1–2 years of relevant experience
Have experience with or exposure to financial modelling, valuation, or corporate finance
Have strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Are fluent in English
Have an interest in real estate, financial statements, and funding concepts
As an individual, you are curious and motivated to understand how things work, with a strong interest in analysis and problem-solving. You are comfortable working with data and handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
