What We Offer Novant Health is seeking an experienced Multi-Disciplinary Advanced Practice Clinician (APP) to join our highly specialized neuroscience team providing comprehensive care for complex neurological and neurosurgical patients. This advanced practice role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with Neurosurgeons, Neurocritical Care Intensivists, and Neurohospitalists in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Position Highlights Schedule: 8 shifts per 2 pay cycles with schedule selection based on open availability Shift Requirement: Night shift only (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Weekend/Holiday Coverage: Based on department coverage needs Special Qualifications: PA, AGACNP or ACNP required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of neuroscience experience strongly preferred; candidates with significant neuro experience and strong clinical backgrounds encouraged to apply Training: Comprehensive onsite orientation and specialty-specific training provided, with additional education and support available as needed Position Overview The Multi-Disciplinary APC provides comprehensive care for patients with: Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) Acute ischemic stroke Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) Traumatic brain injury (TBI) Subdural and epidural hematomas Brain and spinal infections Complex spine fractures Other neurological and neurosurgical emergencies This role includes management of both medical and surgical neuroscience patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary neuroscience team. What We're Looking For Qualifications Education: Master’s degree required. Graduate of an NCCPA-accredited Physician Assistant program required. Experience: One to three years of Neurological experience preferred.
