Job description

Overview Provides day-to-day support for the nCino platform and other ancillary systems supported by the Bank Systems team by partnering with users, nCino Platform Technical Lead Administrator, nCino Strategic Platform Manager, and vendors to diagnose and resolve issues. Additionally, this role assists with maintaining system documentation and procedures, helps with monitoring platform performance and supports the Strategic Platform Manager and Platform Technical Lead Administrator for testing, releases, and change activities to ensure stable, effective, and continuously improving solutions. This role focuses on execution, support, and operational maintenance of the platform under established configuration standards and direction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible to review, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a prompt and courteous manner, within established SLAs. • Serve as a liaison between users, partner support teams, the nCino Platform Technical Lead Administrator, and the nCino Strategic Platform Manager. • Collaborate with other nCino administrators and the vendor to support implementation of approved process improvements, solutions, and risk-reduction initiatives. • Escalate recurring issues and user pain points through informal interactions & observations and communicate them to the Lead nCino Administrator for analysis and resolution planning. • Document and keep platform knowledge, including issues, workflows, procedures, and configuration/customization details. • Participate in configuration/design working sessions by providing operational input and documenting requirements in alignment with defined standards. • Support deployments by coordinating and completing approved implementation tasks, post-deployment validation, and production support as needed. • Develop test scripts and perform application testing for vendor releases and internally driven enhancements (including conversions and configuration updates) and communicate results and observed risks. • Partner with training teams by providing input on system functionality and best practices, supporting user documentation, and aiding with change-management communications. • Provide platform support during non-traditional working hours as needed for implementations or critical changes. • Perform data maintenance including user admin, reporting, dashboard updates, and bulk imports/updates. • Execute nCino user administration activities and other configuration and ongoing maintenance as defined and approved by the nCino Platform Technical Lead Administrator. • Support administration activities for connected/ancillary systems and integrations (e.g., LaserPro, Lumos, TruStage, Docusign). • Participate in business requirements reviews by asking clarifying questions, documenting, and supporting downstream testing and deployment activities. • Participate in governance forums and formal change reviews by providing operational context and supporting information. • Coordinate with JFG business analysts, the nCino Strategic Platform Manager, nCino Platform Technical Lead Administrator, other nCino administrators, and vendors to align priorities and support delivery. JOB REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • Associate or bachelor’s degree from a technical college or university in Business or Technology fields or 2 years relevant work experience. • 1+ year firsthand experience as an nCino or Banking/Digital/IT System administrator. • General lending knowledge encompassing a wide range of loan types, including CRE, C&I and construction lending, and basic knowledge of SBA and consumer lending a plus. • Deposit account banking knowledge. • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form. • Time management and critical thinking skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and make necessary decisions, while maintaining quality. • Ability to understand SOQL query language. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
