Business Analyst

What you get to do in this role:

• Learn from our global group of teams how we currently on-board new members. Collect feedback to identify how our on-boarding process can be improved based on their experience.
• With this knowledge, design role-specific training curricula, including engaging videos, how to documents and other collateral required to get a new employees up to speed in their new role.
• Provide follow-up coaching and support. Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
• Work closely across teams to help facilitate training and other administrative tasks.
• Speak and present effectively, as well as motivate large classrooms in the communication of complex topics.
• Maintain direct communication with other onboarding and training teams.
• Update and maintain project tracking documents and prioritize issues.
• Effectively manage internal relationships and work effectively across the business.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Familiarity with learning and development (L&D) programs; experience with video production and training development for semi-technical roles.
• Passion for project management and an obsession with user experience.
• Self-starter, team player and self-motivated. Can work independently, use solid judgment and create “client-ready” deliverables.
• Ability to meet established deadlines and quality standards and to deliver fully on commitments.
• Great communicator, both written and verbally – ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
• Can manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining short response and resolution times.
• Willingness to learn and lean-in is critical.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $85,500 - $132,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
