SEO Specialist (Organic Growth & AI Search)

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist to own organic growth across three brands and multiple regions. This is a solo specialist role, based in Manila, working closely with content, digital, and growth leads across Sydney and New York. The focus is on driving measurable pipeline impact, not just traffic.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Growth Strategy: Own SEO strategy across all three brands; identify opportunities across search and AI-driven discovery (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Google snippet); align efforts to regional priorities (ANZ & USA)

Content & Search Alignment: Partner with Content Specialist on SEO-led content plans; develop structured briefs based on search intent; optimise content for both search engines and AI summarisation.

Technical SEO: Monitor and improve site health (indexing, crawlability, structure); recommend and prioritise technical fixes; support implementation with relevant teams.

Performance & Optimisation: Use SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and Crazy Egg to track traffic quality and conversions, identify growth opportunities, and report on performance and pipeline contribution.

Global Stakeholder Management: Work across Sydney and New York teams; balance competing regional priorities; provide clear recommendations and trade-offs.

What Success Looks Like

Growth in qualified organic traffic across ANZ and US; increased contribution of organic to leads and pipeline; strong visibility in both search results and AI-driven discovery; a clear, scalable organic growth framework.

About You

4–7+ years in SEO or organic growth; experience across multiple markets or regions preferred; strong technical and content SEO capability; comfortable operating as a solo specialist; commercial mindset focused on outcomes, not vanity metrics.
