Value Stream Manager_PT

About the Role:
As the Value Stream Manager for MXM & MXS, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end (E2E) value stream, driving operational excellence and maximizing business value. Acting as the primary interface for external communication, you will break down organizational silos, integrate resources effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a strategic leadership role pivotal to aligning cross-functional teams with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Value Stream Vision & Strategy:

• Define, communicate, and execute a clear vision and strategic roadmap for the Motor and Battery Pack value streams.
• Develop a deep understanding of internal and external customer needs and translate them into actionable value stream strategies.

2. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

• Act as the unified external communication window; build and maintain robust relationships with business stakeholders to ensure transparent dialogue regarding performance, initiatives, and challenges.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and best-practice sharing with global value streams and PuT teams.

3. Performance Measurement & Results:

• Establish a comprehensive KPI framework to track, analyze, and report on value stream performance using data-driven insights.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure accountability and continuous alignment.

4. Budget & Resource Alignment:

• Oversee value stream resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation of funding, manpower, and assets to support strategic objectives and key initiatives.

5. Team Management & Development:

• Lead and unite cross-functional teams across multiple value streams to achieve shared targets.
• Build a strong talent pipeline, drive employee engagement, and champion people development within the value stream organization.

Managerial:

• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and actions
• Deriving sustainable decisions based on cross-functional knowledge and experience
• Basic business management knowledge (marketing, sales, controlling)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Technical:

• Solid know-how of BPS (Bosch Production System)
• Project management skills
• Digitalization skills sets Voz. MES, Analytics etc.
• Product knowledge on Motor and Battery Pack
