Job description
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our post-merger integration into the Bosch ecosystem. This role will drive the transformation of our IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with Bosch’s global standards, while maintaining operational continuity—especially across networking and manufacturing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT Infrastructure Integration
Oversee the redesign and implementation of network, server, and cloud infrastructure to align with Bosch’s global standards and security requirements. - Implement Corporate IT Processes
Establish and enforce IT service management processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Define and track KPIs and SLAs in alignment with corporate frameworks. - Ensure IT/OT Alignment in Manufacturing
Partner closely with manufacturing and OT teams to ensure production systems remain secure, stable, and fully integrated with corporate IT infrastructure. - Manage Compliance and Governance
Drive adherence to Bosch IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements. Prepare for and support corporate audits and assessments. - Project & Stakeholder Management
Lead integration timelines, budgets, and resources. Serve as the primary liaison between local teams, Bosch corporate IT, and external vendors.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation, technical certifications, or project management credentials
- Equivalent experience: 8+ years in lieu of degree
Experience & Skills
- Network Infrastructure (Advanced):
Deep expertise in LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPNs, and enterprise network design. Ability to implement and enforce corporate technical standards. - IT Service Management & Process Engineering (Advanced):
Proven experience designing and managing ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management, and user lifecycle). Strong KPI/SLA management. - IT Operations & Systems Administration (Advanced):
Experience with servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, storage solutions, and monitoring tools. Strong cybersecurity knowledge (firewalls, access control, vulnerability management). - Manufacturing IT / OT Experience (Highly Preferred):
Background supporting IT in manufacturing or industrial environments. Understanding of production-critical systems and IT/OT convergence. - Leadership Experience:
Proven ability to manage and develop teams, including helpdesk and network specialists.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based with frequent sitting and computer work
- Occasional movement, light lifting (up to 25 lbs), and minimal travel
- Regular communication via phone, video, and in-person collaboration
Yearly Salary Pay Range $149,000- $165,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and skills. Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
