Job description
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 Years experience as Employee Data Administration and Inquiry Management specialist, or bachelor's degree equivalent
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); German language B2 Level (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize information and define processes
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and grammatical accuracy
- Customer service focus with strong interpersonal and reliability skills
- Proactive approach to improving individual and team practices
- Willingness to travel as needed for implementation and transfer processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Pega)
