Computer Vision Engineer | AI Tech Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced AI/Computer Vision Engineer, or Tech Lead in Ha Noi office, to drive the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions.

This role goes beyond hands-on development — you will shape the long-term AI strategy, lead complex initiatives, and ensure scalable, production-ready systems that align with business and client expectations.

• Define and drive AI/ML strategy aligned with business and client goals  
• Design and own end-to-end Computer Vision systems (data → model → deployment)  
• Lead complex problem-solving and innovation in CV solutions  
• Establish and enforce engineering and MLOps best practices  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-driven AI solutions  
• Mentor engineers and lead technical direction across teams  
• Manage technical risks, compliance, and system sustainability

• At least 6+ years of experience as an AI Engineer
• Strong expertise in Computer Vision (e.g., detection, segmentation, OCR, tracking, video analytics)
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML techniques (deep learning, CNNs, Transformers)
• Proficiency in Python (C++ is a plus)
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV
• Proven experience building production-grade AI systems
• Strong understanding of MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, pipelines)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Spark)
• Proven track record delivering production AI systems, preferably in Computer Vision.
