Job description
- The accommodation and air ticket booking for field service engineers. Create and complete Work On for travelling and hotel booking
- Organize and prepare the visa application and work permit documents
- Consolidate the field service expenses, cash advance and Over time sheet
- Co-ordinate with Area sales manager and Human resource department
- Co-ordinate with Order handling specialist for dispatching confirmation
- Performs other works that may be assigned by the superior
- Studying for a bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
- Can communicate Thai and strong communication skill in English
- People and service oriented, Teamwork, Good time management
- Expect internship period at least 4 months
- Company provides daily allowance of 500 THB a day.
