Job description
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer and project teams to understand briefs and develop creative visual solutions aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity.
- Design high-quality static digital content for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, presentations, web banners and promotional materials.
- Adapt and roll out approved campaign concepts across multiple digital platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Prepare mock-ups and present creative concepts to stakeholders for review and approval.
- Edit and amend artwork according to stakeholder feedback and obtain final signoff before release.
- Ensure all artwork is supplied in the correct format, size and colour specifications for digital and print production.
- Work closely with internal departments to extend campaign concepts across additional marketing materials and communication channels.
- Support website content design and basic website updates where required.
- Assist with print media, publishing layouts and collateral production as needed.
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress, timelines and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working within tight deadlines and production schedules.
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication or a related creative field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a graphic design or digital design role.
- Strong experience designing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of website content design and updates.
- Experience with print media and publishing layout design advantageous.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social media and campaign design work.
- Excellent communication, time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency across digital platforms.
