Overview The Condado Collection is a group of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico that includes a range of classic and modern luxury hotels offering full-service experiences, fine dining, and vibrant entertainment. As we continue elevating our standards of service excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition and hiring processes. This position will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining consistent communication with candidates and managers, and ensuring an efficient hiring experience aligned with our luxury hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate, schedule, and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties. Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records in ICIMS, including tracking applicant status, follow-ups, and confirmations of new hires. Post job openings on recruitment platforms, social media, local employment boards, and hospitality industry networks. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial phone screenings and assist with candidate evaluations. Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and hiring documentation. Ensure compliance with Puerto Rico labor laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity standards. Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks, references, drug screenings, and employment verification. Support onboarding activities such as orientation scheduling, new hire documentation, uniforms, and employee file setup. Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach initiatives. Build relationships with local schools, universities, and hospitality training programs to support talent pipelines. Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, turnover, and hiring effectiveness. Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract bilingual and hospitality-focused talent. Provide exceptional candidate experience consistent with hotel guest-service standards. Support HR projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Hospitality-oriented. Fully bilingual (Spanish and English), with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area, preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage sensitive or difficult situations professionally. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with the ICIMS platform; knowledge of ADP is a plus.
