Job description

As Associate Director - Office Fit-Out (Enterprise Account) you will be involved in;

Job Objectives– Associate Director:

  • Team leadership of section of Project Management personnel across Toronto
  • Business Development – Taking responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients. Identifying and acting upon cross selling opportunities
  • Staff management – Line management for Senior Consultants, Consultants and Graduate Consultants, including performance reviews
  • Recruitment – Inclusion in selection and recruitment process, including interviews, input into resource management
  • Financial Management – Using the tools provided keep track of ongoing margin levels and fee / resource forecasts for each commission
  • Knowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is input into the Turner & Townsend internal database
  •  A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising construction projects of increasing complexity required.
  • Commercial or retail fit out experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field
  • PMP certification
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Project or P6.
  • Good with numbers, technology, and web-based data platforms.

The base salary for the full-time Associate Director role is CAD $145,000. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.  Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
