REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience:5+ years
- Should have strong experience in requirements analysis, requirement elicitation.
- Should have strong experience in agile fundamentals and methodology, RFP, wireframe & prototype.
- Must hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Should have deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and related processes.
- Should have experience working with Salesforce configurations including Flows, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, and Reporting.
- Should be able to perform change impact analysis and support release/change management activities.
- Should be able to understand Salesforce data model, security model, and access control at a functional level.
- Must have familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware concepts (functional understanding).
- Must have experience in Business Analysis functions with good technical understanding along with creating BRDs, FSDs and coordinating for Functional and Non-functional requirements and testing
- Should know use case/ story preparation, process flow diagram and relationship diagrams such as flow charts, methodology etc.
- Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
- Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
- Passionate about building great solutions.
- Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery.
- Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker
- Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers to design scalable, best-practice solutions.
- Validate solution feasibility against Salesforce platform capabilities and project constraints.
- Prepare and maintain process flows, business process models, functional diagrams, and documentation.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to users by explaining Salesforce capabilities and solution trade-offs.
- Support user adoption through training materials, user guides, and release notes.
- Analyze existing Salesforce implementations and recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.
- deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case.
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring the project to deliver high quality business solutions.
- Defining the scope of the project/service, managing goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance
- Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards and best practices.
- Reporting the status of all key metrics (e.g.: risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from inception through closure
- Assisting the account management team in responding to new project requests
- Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarro’s offerings.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
