Job description
To attend to all aspects relating to collateral documentation and routine related aspects for the Branches. Keep diary system to follow up on conditions of sanction and outstanding collateral items. Responsible to assist in preparing Collateral documents against the approved sanctions and supporting documentation.
Type of Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Field of Study: Law, Finance, Business or Economics

Experience with home loans and lending will be beneficial in this role. Preferable to have banking experience, particularly pertaining to banking processes with regard to collateral documentation and the operation thereof.

Personal and Business banking will provide holistic exposure regarding credit risks, lending and associated collateral. Preferable to have banking experience, particularly pertaining to banking processes with regard to collateral documentation and the operation thereof.
3-4 years
Understanding of the bank's products & facilities. Understands the terms of the facilities, & the conditions that will need to be compiled with over the duration of the facility's life to ensure that legal risk is effectively restricted.
