Salomon Spain is hiring its next Shopper Marketing Executive (Key Account / Retail) W/M!
We are seeking a candidate who thrives in retail environments and knows how to turn brand strategy into concrete, high-impact in-store and omnichannel activations.
👉 If you have solid hands-on experience in shopper marketing within retail and exposure to key accounts, this role is made for you.
Your goal :
Establish and lead excellence in Shopper marketing to maximize demand for Salomon with Omnichannel trade partners & Retail
Your main mission :
- Plan & Execution of local shopper Marketing programs, on- and offline, for Salomon at Key Accounts & Retail. Onmichannel approach following the international Brand strategy
- Work very close and Coordinate with KAM’s, SIS Retail Cluster Manager, Store manager and other stakeholders in order to be fully aligned with the commercial & customer needs in order to win
- Responsible for delivering all product related assets to retail partners. Key marketing contact with the main accounts.
- Track P4P elements for consumer experience in Trade Terms
- Manage external service suppliers/agencies
- Reports progress of KPI achievement to Country Marketing Manage
Education and experience :
- Relevant education in university and/or business school course work, Bachelor or Master Degree in business with focus on marketing preferred
- 3 – 5 years shopper/trade marketing experience in leading branded consumer goods in FMCG or leading Sporting Goods
- Experience Onmichannel.
- Has managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Worked in English speaking matrix environment where influencing and networking is a key success factor
- Understanding of brand, marketing & shopper concepts
- Understanding and analysing of trade marketing KPIs
- Budget planning and tracking
- Vendor management
