Overview
This role will improve the customer experience on our website by creating engaging content, driving organic traffic, and improving site design
Responsibilities
Build content strategy and execution for the website (pages, blog, UX, education) and coordinate with brand marketing and creative teams to build content
Coordinate design overhaul and back-end website marketing stack changes and updates with technology team
Work with e-commerce lead to optimize user experience for sales conversion
Lead conversion rate optimization A/B testing across the website
Work with brand manager & digital ad manager to develop new landing pages for the website to drive engagement, education, and leads
Lead SEO strategy and execution, including agency coordination
Monitor site performance metrics and make adjustments to optimize
Qualifications
Bias for action, speed, and agility
Entrepreneurial drive to build a thriving digital marketing ecosystem
Passion for learning and development to evolve skills in a rapidly changing world
Expertise in digital marketing educational content to nurture a customer journey
Deep experience working with technology partners for digital transformation
Superior leadership leading and influencing cross functional teams
Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and budget management
Excellent presentation and influence skills with senior management
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 4 years experience

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
