As a Part-Time Gardener, you’ll play a hands-on role in caring for flower beds, planters, and seasonal displays, keeping our properties well-maintained year round. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for gardening who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work.

This Part-Time position is in Manitowish Waters, WI.

Position Responsibilities

• Care for flower beds and planters daily and seasonally, including watering, weeding and removing dead flowers.

• Maintain soil by adding necessary fertilizer and amendments to help the plants grow as needed.

• Monitor plant health by diagnosing and properly caring for insect infestations and fungal conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in gardening. Professional landscaping or nursery experience a plus.

• Understanding of basic plant health, including treating plant pests and diseases.

• Knowledge of various types of foliage, flowers and other greenery.

• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
