Was Sie an einem typischen Tag tun werden

• Bearbeitung von Eventanfragen unseres Kunden mit Gruppengrößen zwischen 10 und ca. 250 Personen

• Locationrecherche, Angebotserstellung, Verhandlungen mit den Dienstleistern, Detailplanung, Teilnehmermanagement, Durchführung der Veranstaltung vor Ort, Nachbearbeitung und Abrechnung

• Erbringen von herausragendem Service, einschließlich Recherche, kreativer Veranstaltungsvorschläge, Budgetplanung- und Kontrolle

• Verwaltung aller Projektdaten mit Hilfe eines Meeting Management Tools

Was wir suchen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Veranstaltungs- bzw. Hotelsektor oder in der Touristik

• selbstsicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick

• Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und gutes Zeitmanagement

• Begabung zum Arbeiten mit modernen Softwarelösungen incl. Event Management Tools

• Professionalität im Umgang mit allen MS Office Lösungen

• Pro-aktives Handeln und vorausschauende Planung im Projektmanagement

• Ein echtes Plus: gutes Englisch

• Ein echtes Muss: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen
