About the Role
We are seeking a highly versatile Senior Copywriter, Performance Creative to support two distinct, high-profile clients: a global financial services client (B2B) and a popular quick serve restaurant (B2C). This role requires a seasoned writer who can seamlessly shift between long-form, strategic content and short-form, performance-driven copy for social channels.
You will be responsible for delivering a broad range of creative assets—from thought leadership and eBooks to email campaigns and social content—while adapting tone, voice, and messaging across very different audiences and industries.
A diverse portfolio of samples showcasing writing versatility for a wide variety of brands across B2B and B2C audiences is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, performance-driven copy across digital channels
- Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including writers, designers, and account leadership
- Manage multiple projects across different brands and deliverable types
- Adapt voice, tone, and messaging to meet distinct client needs
Financial services client (B2B) Responsibilities
- Write long-form thought leadership content targeting business audiences
- Develop eBooks, whitepapers, and long-form assets
- Create website copy and display advertising
- Produce brochures and marketing collateral
- Write video scripts and support infographics
- Work across integrated campaigns with mixed deliverables
QSR client (B2C) Responsibilities
- Develop concepts for performance creative marketing campaigns
- Develop email marketing campaigns (primary focus)
- Create social media content
- Write short-form promotional copy
Required Skills
- Expertise in performance creative copywriting
- Ability to produce both long-form and short-form content
- Versatility in tone, voice, and style
- Experience with content writing and advertising copywriting
- Scriptwriting experience
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills
Experience
- 5–10+ years of copywriting experience in an agency environment
- Experience across both B2B and B2C marketing
- Proven success working across multiple industries or brands
- Experience delivering a wide range of content types
- Ability to work independently on complex accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or finance-related writing
- Experience with regulated industries or compliance constraints
- Background in performance or conversion-focused marketing

Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 – $100,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
