The Boeing Company is looking for a Mid-Level Protective Services Intelligence Analyst to join the team in Seattle, WA.

As an Intelligence Analyst, you will excel in working independently and collaboratively with existing Global Security Operations Center intelligence and watch floor personnel to provide the Protective Services team with actionable, tailored intelligence products.

In this security position, we are looking for someone with experience in nuanced geopolitical understanding and excellent research, analysis, writing, and critical thinking skills. In addition to analytical duties, the Protective Services Intelligence Analyst will have limited administrative responsibilities and will serve as the Protective Services point of contact with other internal and external business partners for intelligence matters related to our team. Additionally, the Protective Services Intelligence Analyst will guide efforts to develop the strategic direction of the program for the team and will provide recommendations to advance the team’s intelligence capabilities and expertise.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Author strategic intelligence deliverables and assessments designed to frame geopolitical and security developments in the context of potential impact to Boeing, our Executive Council (ExCo) and Board of Directors (BoD) personnel, assets, and continuity of company operations

  • Support developments of interest that may relate to criminal activity, geopolitical instability, issue-based activism, political violence, or terrorism

  • Support the maintenance of priority intelligence requirements, intended to more effectively tailor open-source monitoring to developments of specific interest to Boeing ExCo and BoD members

  • Adhere to an established writing standard, style guide, and standard operating procedures; conduct detailed reviews of intelligence deliverables authored by other analysts, to ensure adherence to these expectations

  • Brief Protective Services and GSOC leadership on global trends and events that particularly affect continuity of company operations or impacts to ExCo and BoD level leaders

  • Collaborate closely with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Watch Operations Team, which provides 24/7/365 incident awareness and crisis management services to the Protective Services leadership and team

  • Collaborate closely with the Computer Incident Response Team’s Intelligence Unit, which identifies and mitigates threats to the company’s digital assets and provides situational awareness of the cyber threat landscape

  • Work with team members to maintain the quality of Protective Services Intelligence deliverables

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience and/or education in at least one of the following: corporate security; geopolitical instability; intelligence analysis; issue-based activism; political violence; protective intelligence; terrorism; and/or travel safety

  • 3+ years of experience with the intelligence cycle, as well as analytic tradecraft and methodology

  • 3+ years of experience with the production and delivery of written and verbal briefings

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • Experience with a corporate security environment, the United States (U.S.) intelligence community, law enforcement, or the military

  • Experience with global risk intelligence, crisis management, and social media analysis, as well as with geospatial tools and data visualization software

  • Experience with Microsoft programs, to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experience in data science and analysis

  • Experience with public-private partnerships sponsored by the U.S. government, to include the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC)

  • Experience with cyber-related issues and intelligence

  • Experience with automation and artificial intelligence tools

  • Experience in a foreign language

Summary pay range: $121,000 - $150,000
