Job Description:

Rate of Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year; DOE

Under general supervision – provides project management and marketing functions in support of school and department goals and in accordance with priorities, time limitations, funding limitations, or other specifications.

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee the onboarding, execution, and fulfillment of advertising services sold by the department to third-party business clients.

  • Manage and support a team of Operations Specialists, including training, task assignment, workload oversight, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of client deliverables.

  • Manage and lead a team of Creative Specialists (graphic designers, videographers, and content creators), overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production workflows for both internal branding & agency needs and

  • third-party client projects, while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of departmental workflows, procedures, operational processes, and the corresponding management systems that support them.

  • Assist with planning and execution of departmental and third-party client events, including on-site coordination, day-of setup and breakdown, and activation support.

  • Manage Student Media’s video production studio, including studio access, equipment usage, and oversight of

  • creative design and video production projects.

  • Ensure proof of fulfillment for all client deliverables is properly documented, verified, and logged according to department standards.

  • Oversee client reporting efforts by collaborating with the Operations team to produce accurate post-buy reports upon campaign completion.

  • Maintain responsibility for data and file management, ensuring all departmental and client files are organized, protected, and handled in accordance with institutional and department guidelines.

  • Skill in graphic design and video production and content preferably within Adobe products.

  • Skill in coordinating and prioritizing work and activities of self and others.

  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

  • Skill in both verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to work in an environment subject to quickly changing priorities, tight deadlines and minimal supervision.

  • Ability to stimulate changes in individual, institutional, and corporate behaviors to create a more sustainable environment.

  • Ability to lead by example in communicating, participating and encouraging support of the institution's sustainability programs.

Working Environment:

  • Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse.

  • Required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work.

  • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds.

  • Regular activities require the ability to quickly change priorities. Ability to clearly communicate verbally, read, write, see, and hear to perform essential functions.

  • Regular use of standard office equipment including but not limited to: computer workstation/laptop (keyboard, monitor, mouse), cameras & video equipment and associated computer/technology peripherals.

Educational Outreach and Student Services (EOSS) is committed to enrolling all qualified students at Arizona State University and assisting them in their academic success. EOSS provides a broad range of services and support to students and prospective students ranging from outreach efforts with K-12 schools, orientation programs for new freshman, bridge programs to assist the transition to a university environment, and a wide variety of services, programs and activities for enrolled students.
