About Netwealth

Netwealth isn't just a company. We're shaping the future of wealth in Australia. Our award-winning platform and NextGen technology empower advisers and investors to achieve more, and we're proud to be recognised as one of Australia's most innovative FinTech businesses.

Since 1999, we've grown rapidly by challenging the status quo. We move fast, think big, and stay agile. Free from unnecessary bureaucracy so we can deliver smarter solutions for our clients and create real impact.

But what truly sets us apart? Our people. We're a team of curious, optimistic and courageous individuals who collaborate to make life better for more Australians. We value authenticity, and agility, and we believe in creating an environment where you can do your best work, grow your career, and feel part of something meaningful.

If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, where innovation is celebrated, and where you can help shape a brighter financial future, join us at Netwealth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’re joining a team at a really meaningful moment, helping shape how our finance platforms support the business, our customers and our future growth. You’ll be trusted to lead, to question, to collaborate and to bring clarity to complexity. This is a role where your expertise truly matters, and where your voice will be heard.

At Netwealth, we care deeply about building technology that’s reliable, thoughtful and people‑centred. That mindset carries through to how we work together every day.

What you will be doing

As our Workday Finance Test Lead, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end testing across Workday Financials, ensuring solutions are robust, compliant and production‑ready. You’ll guide testing strategy while staying close to the detail, working alongside Finance, Data, Integrations and Technology teams to deliver with confidence.

Your work will include

  • Owning and shaping the overall test strategy for Workday Financials
  • Leading testing across GL, AP, AR, Banking, Assets, Financial Reporting, Accounting Center and Prism Analytics
  • Designing and managing system, integration, UAT, regression and parallel testing
  • Partnering closely with business users, supporting them through UAT and change
  • Ensuring financial data integrity, reconciliation and auditability across systems
  • Managing defects with care and clarity, from triage through to resolution
  • Providing transparent test reporting, metrics and risk insights to stakeholders
  • Contributing to cutover, deployment and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll bring

  • Proven experience leading testing for Workday Financials implementations or support programs
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Workday Accounting Center
  • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, including data ingestion, transformation and reporting validation
  • A solid understanding of finance processes (record‑to‑report, procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash)
  • Confidence testing integrations and complex finance data flows
  • Clear communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with stakeholders
  • Experience working across Agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery environments
