Job description
We are looking for Infrastructure Engineer to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that works on for a client from French public sector.
Responsibilities:
- Administration and maintenance of business applications for a French-speaking client
- Monitoring application performance and ensuring high availability and stability
- Incident and problem management (2nd line support), including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Implementation of changes, fixes, and updates
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operational procedures
- Continuous improvement of system performance and reliability
Tech stack on the project:
Windows, VTOM, Kubernetes
Must have requirements:
- Very good command of French (min. B2/C1) – daily communication with the client
- Experience in application administration / application support
- Knowledge of operating systems
- Experience with Kubernetes (containerized environments)
- Knowledge of VTOM (or similar scheduling tools)
- Hands-on experience in application monitoring and incident analysis
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
