About the Role

As CEO, Beamable, you will lead the vision, strategy, and performance of the company’s Beamable business. You will have full accountability for growth, market expansion, customer success, and financial outcomes, while building and scaling a high-performing organization aligned around a clear strategic direction.

In this role, you will define and execute the long-term strategy for the Beamable business, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. You will work cross-functionally to align Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and People teams against shared priorities, ensuring the business is positioned to compete effectively and deliver long-term value.

You will also serve as the senior leader responsible for identifying new market opportunities, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and evolving the business model to support scale. This role requires a strong blend of strategic leadership, operational rigor, and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate vision into measurable results. The CEO, Beamable reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the overall vision, strategy, and operating plan for the Beamable business.
  • Own revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and overall business performance.
  • Develop and execute multi-year plans that support sustainable growth and long-term competitive advantage.
  • Align cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and People around common goals and execution priorities.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy and commercial execution to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Evaluate new markets, customer segments, strategic partnerships, and adjacent growth opportunities.
  • Build and scale the organizational structure, leadership team, and operating rhythms needed to support business growth.
  • Establish performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve revenue, pipeline health, customer outcomes, efficiency, and margin performance.
  • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen market positioning and customer value.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric, and results-oriented culture across the organization.
  • Ensure strong operational discipline, resource allocation, and execution against strategic and financial objectives.
  • Represent the Beamable business with executive leadership, partners, customers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Experience in Mobile Gaming Industry: A deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry is crucial. This includes knowledge of industry trends, player behavior, monetization strategies, and competition.
  • Marketing Expertise: A deep understanding of mobile marketing strategies, including paid user acquisition, organic user acquisition, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and other growth channels.
  • Analytical Skills: Deep analytical capability to interpret complex business, product, and financial data—using insights to drive prioritization, optimize growth levers, and guide the organization’s operating model
  • Executive Leadership & Organizational Alignment: Strength in building, leading, and inspiring a high-performing executive team. Creates alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations with clear goals, accountability, and communication. Proven ability to work with a global team.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Ability to drive transformation within fast-moving environments—embracing innovation, championing experimentation, and guiding teams through technological, strategic, or structural change.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting growth strategies and results to executives, and building relationships with external partners and platforms.
  • ROI Focus: Expertise in scaling platform economics, including monetization strategy, ecosystem development, customer acquisition, retention, partnerships, and diversification of revenue streams.
  • C Staff Management: Worked with C staff to understand and articulate the company mission to the engineering and design teams.

Experience

  • Proven track record as a senior executive (CEO, GM, President, COO, CPO, or CTO) within a high-growth platform, marketplace, or technology-driven business.
  • Demonstrated success scaling product and engineering organizations, including delivering complex, high-availability platforms at meaningful scale.
  • Extensive experience driving revenue growth, including user acquisition, retention strategy, monetization models, and optimizing unit economics.
  • Strong background in data-driven leadership, including building analytics capabilities and using insights to guide product, operational, and financial decisions.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary global teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and People, with a record of building high-performing leadership teams.
  • Track record of launching or expanding into new markets and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem development.
  • History of operational and financial management, including owning P&L, setting long-term strategic plans, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • BA/BS and/or MA/MS in a related field

Total Starting Compensation including Base + Bonus + Equity: $200,000 - $300,000 Base + Bonus + Equity

Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, NV, USA.

Travel Requirement: Up to 25%
