Job description
- Organizes daily maintenance and support of the company`s engineering systems and equipment and hardware repairs,
- Manages and plans daily works of Facility maintenance team and is responsible for the fulfillment of the tasks,
- Makes sure that Facility maintenance team and managed suppliers perform maintenance and repair works in accordance with company’s internal standards, legislation requirements as well as occupational health and safety and fire safety norms;
- Ensures power supply, HVAC, water and sewerage supply, fire safety systems normal operation,
- Manages the necessary equipment and materials, is responsible for equipment and materials purchase, storage, inventory, distribution and rational use,
- Serves as single point of contact for daily Facility issues,
- Serves as single point of contact for Landlord ensuring productive cooperation between companies and keeping company’s positive image;
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences,
- Protocols daily activities of Facility team and task fulfilment in company’s provided software (JIRA, WIKI, etc.)
- Supervise and escort specialists and sub-contractors working with the building engineering systems,
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager,
- Provides a sorted data and list of issues to Direct Manager to assist in preparation of short term and long term building maintenance plan,
- In collaboration with Direct Manager plan and control capital repairs and ensure proper compliance of repair works
- To submit a written proposal to Direct Manager for improvement of Facility systems and equipment,
- Report about execution of the job assignments of Facilities team to Direct Manager,
- To participate in skills training course if such will be provided by Employer
- Higher education in the field of Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good business knowledge of English (writing, reading, speaking), Knowledge of Russian will be considered as an advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar position in field of facility management;
- Ability to read and understand technical execution drawings of the building engineering systems,
- Knowledge of industrial HVAC systems, Fire safety systems, electrical and low voltage infrastructure systems
- Knowledge of Architectural and Structural engineering fundamentals
- Knowledge of UPS units, Generators and ATS (automatic transition switch) will be considered as an advantage
- High sense of responsibility;

- PC literacy - MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCad
