Operations Analyst - AI Enablement

Wachter is seeking an AI Enablement & Operations Analyst to support our NSP Operations teams by combining strong business operations knowledge with advanced Microsoft Office and AI capabilities. This role will serve as a technical problem-solver, AI adoption specialist, and internal trainer—helping teams work smarter while guiding Wachter’s practical use of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools. This is a hands-on role focused on real operational challenges, not theoretical AI development.
