ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
The Workforce experience specialist is under the hub workforce experience, governance and project management sector. The role’s main responsibility is to provide employee operational support and support employees’ inquiries with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, accuracy and timeliness for Vietnam employees.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Manage end-to-end processing of local statutory HR compliance (e.g. SHUI, Tax, etc.) and social insurance documentation
- Assist, manage and resolve employee queries related to social insurances, tax compliance, and health insurance benefits
- Be an expert on Vietnam Insurance policy-related questions, provide guidance to employees, and escalate as appropriate
- Assume accountability for the consolidation, validation and execution of related statutory reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely reports preparation and submission to Management and statutory bodies
- Coordinate process harmonization across multiple business units in the country
- Ensure overall compliance to applicable standards e.g. SOX.
- Assume responsibility for employee file maintenance, documentation, labor contract management.
- Keep track and ensure quality employee document maintenance at all times.
- Educate employees and be an advocate of promoting services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systems.
- Actively seek ways to expand the knowledge base through identifying process gaps and employee needs.
- Participate and support ad hoc HR tasks and projects when assigned from time to time
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business or related studies, post graduate management in HR will be an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Service delivery in the area of Payroll, Social Insurance and HR Shared Services in a diverse and complex organization.
- Customer focused mindset coupled with the ability to manage customers in an understanding and professional manner.
- Ability to build strong and effective relations with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong drive for results, responsiveness, speed and ability to navigate a matrix organization.
- Ability to interpret data to understand workload capacity and trends in service.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a great sense of urgency.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of various Labor laws with focus on Vietnam.
- Experience in Oracle and ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
- Enthusiastic, self- driven individual with a positive mindset who is capable of working with individuals at all levels and with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
- Tech savvy, ability to quickly adapt to internal systems and high proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office is a must.
